Class Description: Classic English Toffee and Peanut Brittle
Learn how to make these well loved classic candies! First, we will create rich, buttery
toffee coated in smooth chocolate and topped with crushed pecans. Then, be prepared
for the irresistible salty-sweet crunch of peanut brittle. These two treats make perfect
gifts and party favors for the holiday season. I guarantee your friends will ask for more!

All supplies are included for use in the class, but you may want to bring an apron!
Artist Bio: Mary Adashek is the 4th generation of her family to live in Cedarburg. She attributes her passion for baking to her mother who was an avid baker and taught her many skills. Mary began creating candies 30 years ago and has shared her treats with family and friends for decades. In 2018, she founded Sweet Connection Classes and is now able to share the techniques she has learned with others. Her greatest thrill is empowering others to create high quality candies of their own with ease!
