Wit/Whim

Wit/Whim features contemporary fiber artists whose work engages with a sense of play, childhood, and humor. These themes inspire immersive world-building, experimentation with materials and ideas, and keen observation.
What gives us joy? How do we create and influence culture? What is the relationship between play and creativity? Weaving together documentary and personal experiences, observations of everyday life, the mundane and fantastic, the artists in Wit/Whim sensitively and with a sense of wonder explore their biographies, relationships with the world, and human connections and community.
