Description: 

In this three-hour workshop, you have the opportunity to make one pincushion in the Chiku Chiku style pioneered by Artist Akiko Ike using Japanese cotton and special Sashiko thread dyed in Niigata, Japan. Takako learned the technique directly from Akiko while in Japan, and with Akiko’s blessing, she is able to offer this workshop. If you enjoy hand sewing, this is for you! Supplies fees are included.

Please bring a pair of scissors to cut thread.
