Time and length: 8:30 am - 9:30 am; one hour

Class Type: Yoga Basics

Description: This is an on-going class, so sign-up today and begin to attend Yoga in the Barn Gallery. Class size is limited to 12 students.

The class teaches postures and poses which are basic to a yoga practice in a style called vinyasa. Vinyasa yoga provides a sequenced series of postures designed to calm the mind and strengthen the body.

The class is suitable for beginning and/or Level 1 students who have some familiarity with yoga and a desire for a gentle, slower pace of movement and stretching.

Students need to purchase a $100 block of ten class sessions. Once students pay the fee, they will receive information from the instructor, Ellie De Lia as to what to bring to class, waiver, etc. Ellie will also give each student a punch card to keep track of sessions used.

Special "Try Yoga" pass: Not sure you are ready to commit to a 10-session pass, but want to try out our new yoga program? You can now buy a 3-session pass for $25. This is a one-time offer for students new to our program.

Supplies for all yoga classes: Bring your own yoga mat and large towel. Wear comfortable clothing.
